    Dennis was efficient, thorough, and observant. He moved with purpose and single-minded attention to his work, but was patient in answering questions in a clear, understandable manner. He even fixed a minor problem. “It can take less time to fix something than to write it up.” His report was specific, readable, and delivered in a timely manner. Use him! Linda

    Is the report I pay for my exclusive property or do you share it with realtors and/or home owners?

      Hi Ron,
      The report is your property and is not shared with anyone without your consent. 90% of the time clients want the report shared with their realtor so I send them a copy as well. Also, if someone calls with questions about the report or the inspection I don’t share any information unless there is a health and safety concern that presents a risk of injury or harm to the occupants in which case I’ll notify the sellers agent of a potential safety concern.

    I’ve bought and sold a few times and never had this high quality of inspection of a home before. I can just say that the resentment of finding out important issues after the sale is damaging to everyone, most of all to a family handling probably the most important transaction of their lives. Thank you Dennis, and thanks Brandon for getting us on his list. Of course nothing is perfect, but shame on the industry for being so far below “Inside N Out’s” level of service.
